I really think this video captures the Spirit of Water in Kai Chi Do. Do the breath and the movement and your mind quiets, and your energy starts to flow.  Then your awareness expands and you feel connected to your Self and the Source of who you are.  Give it a try.

    I like what the fine Buddhist savant and aohtur Thich Nhat Hanh has to say about walking meditation. When you practice walking meditation, be sure to keep our eyes up and not have such a serious expression. Otherwise people who see you may think you are crazy. T.N.H. : Being Peace’.
