Kai Instructor training August 23rd – 25th, 2019

We think of Kai Chi Do as a kind of yoga because our purpose is to experience the feeling of connection. It’s an aerobic workout for sure, with all of the benefits that you get from exercise – the muscle strengthening and toning, the building of stamina, improved breathing, the endorphin rush – but it’s more than that.  Yoga means union, and Kai Chi Do helps us transcend separateness to experience Oneness – with Source, with Self and with Others.  It’s not just a workout.  It’s a spiritual journey.

If you’re interested in learning more about Kai Chi Do – as your own personal practice or to lead Kai Chi Do circles- we invite you to attend the Kai Instructor training.
