You never cease to amaze me. I have downloaded this podcast as Susan instructed to do so, so that I will always have it to listen to and may even integrate it into a morning meditation to make me ready for each day that comes. Listening to your voice took me back two years ago this past May where we were able to spend time together and the subsequent Kai Chi Do sessions. I am looking forward to getting back into Kai Chi Do in the near future. Thank you.
